- How can I cancel an order?
You have the option to cancel your order within 1 hour directly in your confirmation email. Scroll down to find the "Changed your mind?" section. If it has been longer than 60 minutes, please email support@feinpik.com and we will help you find an alternative solution.
- I accidentally canceled my order; can I resume it?
If you have canceled your order on-site and would still like to receive your order, it is best to place a new order at the checkout. Send an email to support@feinpik.com if you have any questions – we are here to help you.
- "I have canceled my order, but I'm not sure if it went through." Can you confirm that it has been canceled?
If you have canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once the order has been successfully canceled. If you have not received a cancellation confirmation email, please let us know at support@feinpik.com (and provide your original order number) and we will take a look at it!
- "I don't see the option to unsubscribe! How can I cancel my order?"
If you have placed an order that includes a gift card, please email support@feinpik.com as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancellation/change request) and we can assist you.
